That trial failed because the prosecution couldn't come up with a case that stuck. The police did a schitty job with the investigation. For that reason,the jury was left with a reasonable doubt of his guilt. That's why he was found not guilty, not because OJ's lawyer is a bad person.

Anybody that defends a criminal or in this particular case murderer lacks principals. Im not talking about OJ being convicted or not...........im talking about johnny defending a criminal for the right price. And for this.......yes he is a bad man.

The person is not a murderer until proven a murderer, unless things have changed since I started law school. Every person deserves a right to have counsel to make sure they have a fair trial. If the prosecution doen't make a case, that's not the defense lawyer's downfall.

Defense lawyers arent stupid, they know if their client is guilty or not. Fact is OJ was guily and Johnny defended him. Prosecution just couldnt make it stick........

I can't argue with that bro. Although, we will never know if OJ was guilty or not. I think he did it, but I also think Cochran was an unbelievable lawyer and did a lot of work in the community with children and defending African American defendants who couldn't even afford to pay him.
