skin bursting

been hearing about this before and now i got it, just under my bicep the skin has like bursted and formed a scar, there is a name but i forgot...now is there anything you can do,.,.,i know its there forever but can you decrease it or make sure it doesnt get bigger

cocoa butter works prety good and lotion with aloe and v-E would also be good

You have to get a special cream for pregnant women. Its got cocoa butter and vitamen E in it, and you have to religiously use it throughout the day. Its somewhat pricy, but works. I have them slightly on my biceps and bad under my shoulders, almost in my armpits. Luckily you cant see them unless i do something like flyes, which is the exercise that caused them for me.

wear ur stretch marks proud! thats how you know your doing something right.... unless the marks are on your abdomen

Yeah, I have no problems with stretch marks. It's like a badge of honor. Unless your looking to be a cover model, which I am not.
