Greetings Everyone,
I have been monitoring this site for approximately two years. I have been postponing signing up with the site, untill I was serious enough to dedicate myself to achieving my so called "Dream weight" or "Beach Body". Currently, I'm a whopping 135lbs at 5'10. I have been working out for two years, and the highest weight I have achieved is 150lbs. I know I can put more on if I dedicate myself. My eating habits right now are horrible. In fact I have no food in my house. I'm actually gonna post another thread in another area, about what foods I should buy. I don't mind eating the same thing over and over as long as I'm getting my carbs and my protien. Anyways, I will be posting some shots as soon as I take the pictures here in the next couple days. My training starts in two days, so I have to get everything organized by then. I hope I gain all your information and valuable intelligence and at the same time grow wiser is my sagacious wisdom about excercise.
