I am 28 with extensive knowledge on the gear. I am 5'9" weighing 230lbs at this time been training for 13 years. started training for football and wrestling and stay natural for the first 6 years. Now it is time to really grow. First run was D-ball and EQ second year in college and started training coaching boxing and was doing winstrol and alot of diet drugs to shred weight. The biggest I ever been was 255 looked like a block trying to stay lean. learning alot about diets and trying to get really lean and vascular. Any help and pointers would be greatful. I will post better pics as I grow.
