    I think its not a very good pic as well Heh, you need a better pic bro, Your face takes up 30% of that shot, try posting a full pic of yourself including your wheels, back...the works.

    well to tell you the truth i used to train two years ago, for about six months. then i decided to stop as i realised i never had the genetics to be a great competitor. so since i stopped i've just been reading and studying all aspects of bodybuilding e.g. correct exercise technique, nutrition, steroids, etc. Now i feel i have a good understanding and knowledge of the sport, i can attempt to chase my dream. although my idol dorian yates told me not to use roids until i was atleast twenty one i feel i should start at my current age.

    Your not ready for juice however, you can still get a good 20-30lbs before your 22nd birthday bro- keep it up. Youll see results.

    My current weight is 216.05lbs and i'm 6ft 2 in height.

    Average daily food intake:-

    When i wake up have 4 pieces of bread, 3 weetabix and 1 scoop of milk & egg protein.

    Later i'll have another milk & egg protein scoop and maybe some biscuits or chocolate.

    Dinner time i will have small meal e.g. fish and chips (yes, i'm from England).

    before gym i'll have two bananas and usually a small scoop of pure creatine.

    After workout i either have a whey protein or milk & egg protein and a banana.

    When i arrive home i have large meal e.g. (spaghetti bolognase)

    and thats about it, some times i'll snack on something before i go to sleep.

    you've got potential there's no denying it. But what makes you think you know more about when it's good to start juicing than a former Mr. O? Dorian was right, you should hold off on the juice.

    Good luck chasing your dream though.

    Looking good, could be even better if you improved your diet too.

    thanks for advice. i'm working on my chest hard, it's definetly something i need to improve on, especially the lower part of my chest. there's alot i need to get right, before i can make successive progress. i'm getting there, it's all trial and error.
