What's up folks! Friend of mine pointed me to these forums after I told him I wanted to start body building. He said this was probably the best community of people to get advice from so I lurked for awhile and figured I could start asking questions now. Like many folks here I'm sure I am a personal trainer as well with a Cooper certification (so no great shakes but at least I know something!) Anyone that could give me some solid advice on beginning body building please shoot me a PM or such. Many thanks folks
