clen or ephedrine?

i was wondering which one do yall think is better and why? on the steroid effectiveness chart it shows that ephedrine has three stars and clen only has one. but i know that clen gives u cramps and i also read that it can kill heart cells. so which one would u pick?

Ive ran both and I will never do clen again.. I had to go up to 220mcg and I just didnt like it. I'll stick to a ECY stack.

Clen is more effective, it has a 36hr halflife so it's burning fat while you sleep as opposed to ephedrine which is out of your system at night. This also means that it can be hard to sleep on clen.
