I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I need some help. When ever I try to do bi's now I get a pain on the top of my elbow (between my bi and my fore arm). The first few sets I'm ok but after a few it really starts to bother me. How do I fix this? Someone said rest and take some time off bi's or go light. I took off about a month and as soon as I went still same thing. I went to my doc and he said try taking 3 asprins 3 times a day. I looked at him like he was crazy and he said I'm serious it should help it. He then said if that doesn't work then that's not a good sign. What do I do?
