Add Winny to Deca and Sus cycle?'s

Im my 5th week of my first cycle of Sus and Deca as follows.

Week 1- Sus 250mg / Deca 400mg
Week 2- Sus 250mg / Deca 400mg
Week 3- Sus 250mg / Deca 400mg
Week 4- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 5- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 6- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 7- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 8- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 9- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg
Week 10- Sus 500mg / Deca 400mg

Week 13- PCT- Clomid and Nolva
Week 14- PCT- Clomid and Nolva
Week 15- PCT- Clomid and Nolva


Thinking of throwing in Winny at the end to help harded some of my gains up and if possible in the process cut up a bit. Could someone please recomened dosage and start/end dates for Winny and how I should change my PCT if I do throw this in. Thanks.

don't pyramid your sustanon dose up.. start out at 500 and stay there. You're running the deca a little short, and you also need to run test for a week longer than you run the deca, so into week 11.. then start your post cycle therapy at week 13 like you have.. you should also probably run PCT for a full month instead of 3 weeks given how inhibitory deca is.

Once you fix those things, then maybe you could add winny at 50 mg/day starting at week 9 and ending in week 12.

this is your first cycle, so personally i wouldnt add the winstrol, but if your impatient then go ahead and run it. btw, wheres the clen during pct? trust me bro, run clen starting the day after your last shot, you dont want to lose any of your gains do you?

wow, i didn't notice that. anyway, i really hope he ran clen during pct, although for some reson i doubt he did
