how is this diet , keep in mind on a cycle of sus 500 mgs and eq 400 mgs per week for 16 weeks , want to put on some quality muscle, stats are : 6' 187lbs, 27 yrs. old, around 10 % bf would like to be 200-205 lbs with around same bf % :
meal 1 : 7:00 : 4 egg whites
2 slices of whole wheat bread with a little jelly
1 bowl of bran( mueslix) cereal with skim milk
meal 2 : 11:00: turkey sandwhich on whole wheat plain
1 non fat yogurt
an apple
meal 3 : 2-3:00: 2 small pieces of grilled chicken
1 cup of green vegs
handfull of almonds
meal 4 : 6:00 : 2 small white potatoes mixed with turkey and egg whites
pre workout meal (almost like an omlet)
an apple
workout around 8:00
meal 5 : 9:00 : pwo shake 25 grams protein 50 grams dextrose
meal 6 : 10:00 : 2 pieces of grilled chicken
2 baked potatoes
1 cup of green vegs
1 cup of brown rice
sleep at 12:00
