I would say a moderate amount, 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes. Thats what I do when I'm not trying to cut, but keep my lungs in shape and keep the blood pumping.
Depends on goals, if you like keeping bf% low, whether you are cutting/bulking. If you are wanting to gain a lot of mass you should do light cardio. Too much cardio can result in loss of muscle.
thanx for the quick responses... yeah this is cycle is for all bulking purposes.. but yea i figured about 3 times a week would sound right, and ill prob just run a mile or 2 on the treadmill
Running is the worst form of cardio you can do. Try cycling or walking on the treadmill set to an incline.Originally Posted by sauceman19

I just started my 9th week and changed up to cutting. I just started doing 1 hour of cardio a day. I usually split this up between the elyptical and bike.
