A couple n00b questions - Nolva & Clomid

I've explained before that I've done AAS, (not for a year or longer now) but never something I would consider a 'cycle' as I was poorly educated and never did things the way I should have, including no PCT.

This will most likely be my cycle:

wk 1-4 Dbol 35mg ed
wk 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
wk 3-10 Tren 50-75mg ed

I'm going to run 10mg ed of Nolva from the start throughout and then bump it to 20mg ed for PCT as well as run Clomid wk 14-16 (300/100/50), but here's my question...

Do I run the Nolva at 10mg from 1-14 or stop taking it completely at wk12 and bump to 20mg for PCT staring at wk14? Or, perhaps should I bump to the 20mg right at the end of wk12? Thanks.

Also, this is moreso dumb dumb n00b...Are Nolva and Clomid both orals? I believe Clomid comes in both forms, but I would just like clarification. ED shots of Clomid during PCT will get tiresome...but necessary, so I'll do it if I have to.

Please tell me the common forms and dosages each are available in. Thank-you.

Is Clomid only available in oral? I thought I had read just recently someone talking about vials of it?

What mg do each Nolva and Clomid come in? 10mg each tab / 30 tabs in a box?

But I know for sure I've seen pics of Nolva tabs, right? ...is Clomid available in tabs as well, or just oral liquid?

There are tabs in Clomid and Nolvadex, the liquid is just the same chemicals in a solution. Both are taken orally but the mgs usually differ between the two depending on where you get them.
