shoudler is very sore, and hurts to lift my arm after winnie shot...is this normal....im only using 23 gauge 1 inch, shooting 1 cc....is this pain normal???

or your quad but not your delt
that crap has big crystals in it(compared to other gear varieties)

but i was told if i shoot it in my delt then i will notice more results in my delts than somewhere else...is it true that what ever muscle you shoot it in, it has a better affect on that muscle?
