I like decline myself. I seem to get a great pump from this. EVen more so than the rest of the chest routien's
Extremely slight decline is ok.. i do dumbell presses on a very slight decline from time to time.

I do them on a slight decline also. I put a 3-4" box under one end of the bench and do them on the smith machines for better isolation and contraction.
I love decline. I do them last with dumbells in my chest routine and get a great stretch by going wide and deep. My lower and outer chest has grown a great deal using them
I do not do them all the time but I do like them. I can use more weight and sometimes I hit the chest doing a triset, flat-incline-decline. Recently, I been doing french presses aka skull crushers on the decline and seems to have a great effect.
i use a very wide grip so i dont get a bulky lower chest, i have a problem cutting up my lower chest so i like to do wide grip decline to widen out my chest
I used to be able to do more on decline, but the decline at my gym now is extreme, and i cant do as much, like 230 for 10 reps or so. Its ok.........not my favorite.
