im 5'10 190, wanting to gain muscle and try to keep tha bloating down
ive run a straight deca cycle, and a test e 500mg/wk cycle both were 10 wks my choice are
test e 500mg/wk 15 wks
test e 750mg/wk 10 wks
test e 500mg/wk eq 400mg/wk 10 wks
which would create the best gains for me
