If you dont have sore nipples dont bother taking it yet, waite until they start getting tender and then start running 10mg ED. Besides blocking estrogen it also helps eliminate water retention.

yeah, i don't get gyno while on so I don't take it, but I do have it on hand just in case........better safe than sorry

luckly I have never had to take Nolva with the amound of test that i have taken before, but if you get tender nipples I would run the nolva at 20mg ed not 10.

Nolva mimics estrogen in the liver as well, therefore, helping stabilize lipid profiles...On top of prevention @the mammary glands...Reducing bloat, well that's for those in their own opinions...As i've never seen where it effects overall sytemic levels in the body..
