started this a month ago was doing muscle once a wk for a year.. muscles feel recovered on days its time to do again.
mon-chest,bi,tri
tues-legs,lower back,abs
wed-shoul,back,fore
thurs-rest
fri- re-mon-w/o
sat- re-tues w/o
sun rest
someone help add take to make it work write over if possible..
