So here's what I've been doing for the past month to mix things up:
1 exercise x 3 sets (8,8,12)
Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders, Back, Traps, Chest
2 days on, one off
Legs, cardio and abs thrown in as needed.
I've had tangible strength gains, but no change in weight/size. No supplements. I'm 24, ~175lbs
What do you guys think?
