    Question-help

    Ok im trying to gain lean mass and I ate a burgur that was cooked on the george foreman grill had 1 slice of white american cheese on 2 slices of wheat bread and he said that is horrible.

    Do you have any idea of the macronutrient breakdown for this meal?

    yeah the combo of the fats and carbs is what got you, plus the bread.
