How much would i need to run it for about 8 weeks.. at 3-5grams a day?

also how much are capping supplies?? I think i am gonna see if i can stand the taste but i don't know and where can i get the capping supplies.

i think i am going to just go with vitrix. But a bottle of vitrix only has 15 servings!! how expensive is that... Should you take vitrix on non workout days.

you could actually take 4-5 pills and not the 6 most ppl run 5g of trib a day , with true pro you can get away with running 3g aday.

Just smelling it makes me gag. You won't do it more than once, trust me....
you might as well go ahead and get capping supplies. I bought 2000 "00" caps off ebay for $24 including shipping. That was the cheapest i could find them.

Posted the excact same thing, and NO one seemed to realize how many u have to take. 18-24 pills is alot. I believe NSA said just to take the original 6 caps, but that did nothing, as did the 24 a day... Go figure

what about just puttin like a teaspoon on the back of ur tongue and then washing it down before the tast can get to bad. Thats what i used to do with some glutamine i used to have.

it is revolting even the smell makes you want to throw up.

i would say however i did take it in powder form with a drink of water but you need a strong stomach to see this out twice per day for a course duration.

Speaking of capping, thats the worst stuff I have ever tried to cap in my life... after a few minutes exposed to air it starts to clot and sticks to anything and everything... I personaly wont attempt it again I'll just wait for the capped versions to come out... I capped 100 with 100 grams @ 00Size which scaled out at .9 grams each.

the trib fruit is supposed ot be very sticky in nature anyways i am surprised they managed to powder it down soo fine ............. best thign to do is get a vacum hood cover like the ones in labs and with glove extensions and then cap it wont get the sticky problem , (just kidding) . i try to do it like in my bathroom , i close the door and any ac vents in there and wear a dust mask , honestly , and i can cap 48 caps meaning run that cap machine 2wice without getting it sticky and loosing quite some trib stuck on the cap machine or sides , its a pain in the ass but thats how i do it .............
