What are some good sources of dietary fiber? I am told it can assist in weight loss by curving your appetite. I NEED THAT!!

another really good/easy solution: go to a health shop and buy some fibre. yup, u can often buy different types of fibre. its like 80-90% fibre so just add a tablespoon to normal cereals or somerhing like that and u got yourself 10g good fibre
