i have been on clen now for a week and 1 day and i cant sleep for shit. i keep waking up in the night, tossing and turning, etc. is this normal? any way to avoid it?

no, that is just something you have to deal with. The only thing that might help is to take them as early as you can. Never after 3 or 4 pm!
shit ive been taking them at like 7-8 at night, im gonna go pop some right now and hurry this up. those arent my winny's but i did use them and i liked them enough to order another 100

I use valium to help me get to sleep sometimes...
I have always taken them as soon as I get up ..building up to a max of six. over two weeks...I have never spread them over the day....am I doing it wrong?
what i have been doing is taking 2 when i wake up, 3 right before the gym and 2 more around 7-7:30. my sleep has been all screwed up but today i took my last 2 at 3 so hopefully ill get some good sleep.
3mg of melatonin worked very well for me in the past, you may want to give them a try.
melatonin is workin great for me too. i sleep so soundly

sorry to repeat myself but whats the difference in taking them all first thing and spreading them threoughout the day? What are the benefits.....I always take first thing so I can sleep at night

The reason for spreading them out is so your levels are at a constant high, and if you take them all at once, You will have just one hugh spike! Not a constant flow to help burn!

Dont eat clen late in the afternoon... or say bye bye to sleep... have it through out the day, but not in the evening....
once.. I had some just as a layed down to have a sleep, I fell asleep straight away and..... 1/2 an hour later I was on my bed.. and suddenly I woke up... (well opened my eyes) and I could just feel my heart was fucking pumping and the clen had kicked in... strange, way to wake up.

Dude, I did what you did once, I took the Clen at like 7pm, I freaken woke up 4 times during the night!!! But I learned my lesson![]()

Well it was ok... for me.. But I have never tried the ECA stack to compare it to.
It makes me feel really wired. But I like training on it.. I recon I left better when natural and on clen.
