weeks 1-4 True protein trib and redkat
weeks 5-10 Will continue true protein trib and redkat or switch to a supp like rebound xt or vitrix
weeks 3-10 R-ala, sesathin to keep fat gain down to a minimum
i will be bulking with 3700 clean kcals. 1 minor cheat meal on saturdays and cardio will be 3-4 times a week.
Any other ideas to help me out will be greatly appreciated. Also recommendations on the best doses of these would be great.
This is my last year of natural bulking so i am trying to make the best of it.
