How many calories do you usually burn in a 30-45 min cardio session? What is a good amount to burn?
This is all going based on cutting down and getting lean.
How many calories do you usually burn in a 30-45 min cardio session? What is a good amount to burn?
This is all going based on cutting down and getting lean.
I don't rely on any readout of calories burned, nor do I have a target. My goal is to simply mobilize fatty acids for fuel, increase metabolism, and then go about the day eating correctly.
