winstrol 50mg tabs

I have searched every post on winstrol 50 mg tabs and have gotten so many different views on the correct way to take them. can anyone please give some ideas as far as do i split the tabs up and take 25mgs in the morning and the other half in the evening or do i just take it all at one time. also should i take 50 mgs day or 100mgs day? thanks for the input

Split them in half. Take half in the morning and half a hr before you work out. Stay @ 50mgs a day anything more you'll be looking for trouble w/ your liver and joints.
I've been on them now for 5 weeks and my joints are sore.
I personally take the whole pill an hr before I work out, but it would make sense to split it up to keep your blood levals constant.
Try to get one of those pill cutters. I heard they work well...

everyone i talk to gets great results running them 12 hours apart, one as u wake up and one before bed. there are a lot of things u can take to get rid of the joint pain. do a search bro, may help you a lot. the stuff u buy is from gnc and is really cheap
