    My little bro has big time GYNO!

    He's like 13years old. He had his shirt off today and holy **** he has triangle boobs! Step brother to be exact. Should I give him some Nolvadex? lol

    I think it's to late for nolvadex. Should get surgery and then follow up with nolvadex therapy. Tell him that if he should ever decide to juice, that he is going to have to up it to 30mg per day at the first signs of gyno coming back.

    I thought the surgery removed the glands and you couldnt get it again?

    Guys do NOT give him Nolva or anything!!!! He's 13 for crissakes... many young teens experience gyno (sometimes quite pronounced!) when puberty hits them.

    The LAST thing you need to do is mess with his hormonal system.

    If it's really bad then he should see an endocrinologist but at 13 it's madness to self medicate. Only a (or many!) doctors should decide to mess with a kids hormones at such a young age.

    Agree with Red. I had adolescent gyno and it hurt like hell, but it went away after a few months. Do not self medicate. At most, see a doc and confirm that it is just adolecent gyno.
