Puffy Nipples

When i was a kid, I used to be chunky but i lost all the weight as i got older. The only problem is, i still have fat around my nipples and it seems that no matter what i do i cant get rid of it. Anyone ever have this problem and is there any way to get rid of it?

one of my boys used to be like that. he just started working out and eventually his chest got bigger and it went away. it took some time though

Try getting really lean... at least to the point where veins are making ridges that you can see and feel across your pecs and quads. This is sort of a benchmark that ought to have you around 10%. Your puffiness should disappear at that BF level. If not, I would say you are a candidate for liposuction in that area.

Could be adolescent, pubertorial, gyno. In other words, it may not be just fat, it could be glandular tissue. If so, you may need to have it removed surgically. But before you opt for that, you should definitely get as lean as possible, just to rule out a fat problem. Luck.

i was the same way,.my case,.it was just fat,..after leaning out to cbout 12%bf,..it was almost gone,..after gaining the weight back,..it came right back...cardio and diet bro,..try that religiously first. Goodluck.

While 10% BF is definately a healthy level, it is not low enough to show vein ridges in the areas that you speak of. You may be able to see the blue veins @ 10%, but ridges....no way.
