when ever I do dead lifts over 315 lbs my hip starts to burn. Does anyone know why and how I can take care of my problem. I usually am able to get to around 455 or 475 for reps of 6-7 but now i can't get 315 for five without agony![]()

either check ur form or check ur hip...(doctor)
do you ever do hip abductions and aductions ( i think thats what there called) that where you have lateral resistance for your hips I started doing this when I pulled a muscle in my hip during squat and that helped a lot. But if it hurts really bad like TheDfromGC said go see a doc.
Anything that costs me that much weight is worth a trip to the doctor....
