Hello everyone,
My name is Mitchell and I am 19. I played football in High School but quit my senior year to party. I also quit lifting...Well, 2 years have passed and I have hit the gym again. I am 5'9 205lbs (not ALL muscle at all).
I am mostly on this site for routine and diet tips. Juice will be in the future, but for now mostly all natural. My goals are simple. I want to be a freak. I want to be a good solid 250 at the very least. Well, I'm off to browse the forums. I will be talking to you all soon-
