My current diet is pretty bad. I eat a tuna sandwich, Lean Pocket, and subway. I need some help getting me a full diet planned out. Like, what should I eat for breakfast, snacks, pre-workout, post-workout, more snacks, lunch and dinner. I want to gain a lot of muscle mass, but I don't want to look fat. I think you all know what I mean. Thanks for the help with my diet guys!
