When I'm cutting I have a pro/fat meal. That's b/c I'll only ingest carbs in the AM (oats) in PWO (dex) and PPWO (rice usually)...

W/ a 40 inch waist, I would stick to the cutting sticky. I personally would stay away from bread altogether in your current situation. My situation is similar to yours right now, and I'm getting the best results by only ingesting carbs post workout, and I'm taking glucorell-r with my pwo shake.

The only carb i have before that is morning oats,But where do you get your energy from if you do not have much carbs before working out?

sandwiches are just easy to carry with me also I do not need containers. With my job it is hard to bring

    things with me.

I get my energy from the carbs in my pro/carb meals(which is usually only @ breakfast, PWO, & PPWO) and the fats in my pro/fat meals...and from a good nights rest.

I get my energy from ephedrine! No,j/k. It doesn't bother me anymore. When I first tried lowering carbs a lot a few years ago, it bothered me, but I got used to it quickly. I've done bulkers, and just plain slacked off on diet since then, but anytime I go back now, it doesn't bother me at all, energy-wise
