expecting good gains

Currently at middle of week 4..

I'm running test 800 mg/week
deca 400 mg/week...

Just would like to know when to expect some good gains?
I can feel test kicking in.....got some OK results so far...

You will need no good gains if your diet isnt on point. But if it is, give another week or so, alot of guys start felling the effects around week five.
