when do I inject?

If i was running Test E @ 500mg per week along Deca @ 300mg per week, on what days would you inject?

I was thinking:

Monday:
Test E - 250mg in right delt
Deca - 150mg in left delt

Thursday:
Test E - 250mg in left glute
Deca - 150mg in right glute

Please correct me if i am wrong or suggest other ways/times to inject....thanks.

Thats correct, but you can put the Test and Deca in one syringe and shoot only once on each day

Er, no. Monday evening and thursday night are 2-1/2 days apart. Try Monday morning and Thursday Evening. If the morning/evening stuff is a pain and you want to shoot the same time every day, just forget about the 7 day week thingie and shoot E3D or E4D. Crunch the numbers and adjust the dose as desired.
