    external obliques

    anybody have big ones and like it? i dont directly train mine, but they are kinda out of proportion big..thinking of overtraining them till they are smaller...

    You will probably only make the situation worse by working them.

    Yea man, diet and cardio will get you the liques your looking for...i wouldent risk widening them.

    Gotta love the females in the gym who grab a 10-20 lb. d-bell and do those side bends to "spot reduce". When in reality all they are doing is BUILDING that area up bigger underneath. You suggest they do cardio but they don't want to hear it.

    you dont think i could do like 3x30 ed and shrink them?

    i wasnt sure if anyone but me got my point, to intentionally overtrain them.

    alright then. do you think they will shrink the next time i try to lean up if i continue to neglect them?

    Diet will be the tell tale factor, yes.

    I am not aware of your condition, so I can't speculate as to how much they will improve, but diet is the key to ultimate leanness.
