Today Ipurchased Clenbuterol from AR-R.com and was wondering how do I use it? Do i simply spray it in my mouth, or mix it in my food? Any help would be appreciated

It comes with a dispenser, an oral dispenser....just withdraw the proper amount and squirt it into your mouth. You can chase it with a drink if you want but it is flavored so the taste is ok

its actually just a pump. So just open up and squirt it in. Taste great! Fruit punch

yea sesathin has the same thing, but watch out that pump is poweful as hell, first time i almost blew a hole in the back of my throat
