the above stats are beginner stats
Long Term Goals: 210 lbs, 375 x 3 bench, 525 x 5 squat, 19.5" bi's, 32" waist
it should also be noted that this is a first cycle experience
actually the stats above are all correct except for weight- I started out at 202 and now, 4 weeks later (it just kicked in), weigh 206...I haven't tested my strength levels yet...

ok...I corrected my errors
4-26- today I worked shoulders and bis- My Military Presses (standing) were 135 x 10, 185 x 6, and 210 x 4...I curled 115 x9, 135 x 6, and 150 x 3
4-26- 5'5, 206 lbs, 36" waist, 18.75" biceps, 27" quads, 48.5" chest
4-27- Bench 350 x 2
5-15- Bench- 345 x 4, Curl- 160 x 5
8-05- Bench 360 x 3, Curl 170 x 4

test E/EQ for 6 weeks .... u do realize that it takes about 4 weeks for those 2 to fully kick in
