Hey...im a newbie and was just wondering something. Im on an EQ+Sust 250 cycle and A friend of mine sayd to just not stop eating no matter what food it is. I dont want to get fat or lose my abs....is it ok to eat mcdonalds and all that garb for the calories and protein??? helppppp...thanks
