    Dental Work...need help.

    hey guys... i'm getting some dental work done in a few days.. (root canal, then crown the following week)... need some ideas for some high caloric, high protein foods that would be easy to eat. any help would be great, thanks.

    Well, if you don't care about sugar, meal replacements made with milk are always an option.

    lol, tuna shake.. i'll probably won't care cause i'll be drugged up... i'll try it out. what do you use besides tuna.

    Some use diet coke, oatmeal, or water among other things. Do a search and you'll read some bizarre tales.

    so far i have on my list... protein shakes, meal replacement shakes, tuna/oakmeal shakes, yogurt, flax seed oil, fruit juice, ... can't think of anything else at the moment.

    just got this done last friday..the new crown is now in ..i drank milk/whey shakes twice a day..and a little mac and cheese with tuna.lotytsa cottage cheese and yogart.thats about as hard as i could chew..
