Hey guys....i am trying to bulk up and keep as lean as possible at the same time. i want to put on another 10-15 lbs of lean muscle.
my stats:
6'4
218lbs
BF% ~ not so sure, but i dont have much at all to lose as far as body fat
My question has mostly to do with how many grams of fat should i be having per day? I currently take 1 or 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil per day, and i know that the fat content of the oil is not really a problem. i am mostly concerned with how much fat i should or shouldn't be having in my diet from foods. any help i can get would be greatly appreciated.
