Very simple,
80mgs Fina, every other day.
25 mgs Ephedrin,200mgs Caffine,400mgs Asprin 2 times a day
Training:
4 day weights
Working each muscle 1 time a week
3 days cardo (45 mins)
Diet:
350 grams protien, 75-100 grams carbs, 30-50 fat grams.
I used the same training/diet about 6 months ago with out the fina, just the ECA. I lost 21lbs in 19 days (174lbs/9%BF then).
Then I started an all you can eat feast, working out w/o any supplements put on 22lbs with about 7-9% more BF.
Basic goal:
To maintain near the same wieght, around 190lbs and 7% body fat.
