between meals i get a protein shake with water 1 scoop 100% whey
trying to lean down to get abs gear taken is winstrol 50mg every other day and hot rox with 25mg ephedrine. wondering how much cardio i need to do a day...so far i do 45 mins or 30 mins and run 2 miles. wondering what i might need to do to help out.
