    1" good for delt

    1" or 5/8 good for the delts?

    I use 1" for everything and leave just a tiny bit of the needle out of the skin.

    Yes, I do, I find its easier to keep steady when its buried.

    This is not by any means a flame, but if you hit bone by putting the pin 1" in your muscle then you shouldn't really be using aas. However, you probably have more muscle than you think you do, so I imagine that you really can fit 1" into the muscle. just my thoughts

    I use 1'' pin for delt then 1.5'' pin for glutes

    23 gage 1.5 inch for delts quads and glutes. i havent had any problems at all not evan any soreness ever after my shots
