    2-3 years of community service and a small dontation to AR... hahhaha!

    Get to know the members and help the members the best you can. You will get noticed and then moved up to VET. From there we try to determine if you want to become a mod here by how active you are with the board. If you still want to be a mod and have earned the respect of the members..You will be considered for the spot.

    Thats is seriously how it goes.
