How much Benadryl with clen?

Want to try a 10 wk cycle of clen, want to work up to about only 120mcg, just wondering how muc Benadryl to use with this cycle a day.

50 mg is good...take at night so it doesnt matter when it makes you sleepy

I was wondering this myself. I am going to be doing a 7week cycle. Just to make sure, you take the Benadryl every night during the 3rd and 6th week?

I've read 50mg to 100mg at night b4 bed.

2 weeks clen, 1 week clen + benadryl, repeat...
