Thread: How long are your cycles?

    How long are your cycles?

I know everybody has a different opinion on how long cycles should be, but I wanted everybodies view on this. How long are your cycles, and have you noticed the best gains on very long cycle or two shorter cycles?

Mine are usually run anywhere from 12-16 weeks, but I am planning to run a 24 week cycle.

any cycle under 10 is pointless unless its like prop'n' var and then i woudlnt run it less than 8... Just my 83 cents though.

Never-ending....the advantage of running shorter cycles would obviously be that they are easier to recover from, which may mean more keepable gains. Also in longer cycles your body stops responding as well and you will have to have it set up properly in order to keep gains coming.

Well said. It is always so tempting to stay on...you feel great, you wont feel the crash. But the fact is, it is not good for your long term health unless you truely require HRT. Keep them at 12-16 weeks and stay disciplined! The longer on, the harder the recovery.

I think it all depends on what your after. You stop making gains after a while on anyway.Your body will adapt to the steroids and wont grow anymore.Sure you feel great, but thats it.I've only done a few cycles, but my second one I ran for about 16 wks.I made good gains the first 3 mths of the cycle ,but after that I just maintained what I gained.
Maybe its just me,but I think 12-16ks is plenty.Less health risks, better recovery time, and better gains on the next cycle

if you did a long cycle, say 20-24 weeks, does that mean you have to take equal that amount of time cycling off?

it means that you take 20-24 wks off juice AT LEAST, once ur PCT is done. time on= time off and time off starts after ur PCT is done.

last cycle I ran for 15 weeks then did PCT for only 9 weeks and jumped back on because I felt fine and now im growin like a freakin weed, I will run this cycle for 16 and maybe run my off time a little longer this time, but I dont see why you cant just jump back on after say 8 weeks off if you feel like your back to normal. Isnt this how the pros do it with a very short PCT and off time? I mean if your using HCG, nolva, clomid and IGF-1 with extra HGH and slin you should rebound back to normal pretty freakin quick, right?
