I was wondering if the 40/20/40 rule should be followed off cycle and on cycle. I know to increase my cals when tyring to gain but if I am on cycle do I need to adjust the ratio.

I am just starting to get control of my diet. Before my ratio was more like 25/30/50
I am currently 190 lbs, 6 ft and getting about 4000 cals a day. Starting cycle of d bol, sustanon 250 and EQ with winstrol at the end.
