tamox = nolva...take it during your cycle at 10-20mg ed and continue through pct with the same dose.

also if you want you can run arimidex instead of nolva. it has better protection against gyno.

i m still debating whether i m going to run it from the start, or wait for first signs of gyno.... i have heard 2 different views on this subject...
