No sugar? Do they use splenda or some other substitute.
it says sucralose as an ingridient...is that the sugar sustitute?
Sucralose is Splenda.
I hear they are great, but I'll pass on the soy.

Man, that sux, I saw Sly plug it on Howard Stern, and was going to get some.
Swole- If I got it and took a bunch of bcaa's w/ it, would it be beneficial?

You can make your own with no fat pudding n whey protein. just do a 50/50 ratio, so if u put 10 scoops of whey, just put enough pudding powder thats equal to the scoops of why, then there u go 10 serving sof about 25 grams of protein, depending on nutritional facts of ur protein
where did u get instone pudding from. also if i want to make my own would i need 10 pack of pudding and 10 scoops of whey protien.
Instone rocks, it taste good, but it all depends on your goals and how far you are willing to go, to achieve them. I was addicted to them this summer when I took time off, but now I would not include it in my diet.
I love the pudding but not so sure about the soy.....
