quick question hurr....
i had a majoy cheat weekend....drinkin, eating everything i saw...havent done it in 2 months and felt i hit a plateau....so now im all bloated with water and soft lookin....whats the best/quickest way get back to how i was....
ive gone back to my original diet...the cutting sticky...drinking plenty of water...doing cardio...training intense....
Swole...i know u got something for me on this one brutha!!!...
