Bought a bottle of Twinlab liquid Amino Acids. Says to take 3 tablespoons/ED. Should I take 3 TB/ED 1xED like it says (if so what time of day would be best) or 3TB/multiple X ED (and if so, what times of day would be best)? Don't feel the need to waste supplements by taking too much of something that won't do any good except make me go to the bathroom more often, perfer to take enough to give me the proper nutrition without wasting. Ideas from the experienced?
